Your Boss Assistant lives here — voice first. Tap the glowing gold circle at the bottom right and talk to it like a person: it greets you by name, catches you up on what you were doing, and walks you through every step. Text is still there if you want it, but talking is the main way.
Welcome to your back office
Templates ship 90% done; you finish the 10% — the business's own info, logo, photos, and words. Billing, contracts, and invoices all live here.
Payout buckets (demo numbers — staging only)
Per the locked billing rules: 7-day hold, weekly payouts, $25 minimum. The payout is always your full set price — the platform fee is separated at collection, never deducted from your payout. Leo has selected his existing Stripe account (the same one already on his Whop) as the end-client payment processor — design lock only. No processor is connected or wired in this staging build, no money moves, and checkout stays off until he gives a later explicit go.
Template library
86 niches × 3 looks (Modern / Classic / Bold) = 258 templates. Each ships 90% done, with 5 pages built in — never a one-pager — and you can add more pages. Pick one, then finish the 10% below.
Finish the 10% for your chosen template
Pages in this template — not a one-pager
Every template ships with 5 pages built in (Home plus its niche pages). Add more pages below — added pages save with your project draft. Built-in pages stay; only pages you add can be removed.
Your business profile — enter once, used everywhere
Fill this in once. It auto-fills your contracts and your invoices, so you never retype it.
Billing — the 10% rule, in plain numbers
You set what you want to KEEP. The platform adds 10% on top. Your client pays the total. You keep every dollar you set.
Locked examples — must match the billing spec exactly
| You keep | Platform fee (10%) | Client pays |
|---|---|---|
| $100 | $10.00 | $110 |
| $297/mo | $29.70 | $326.70/mo |
| $600 | $60.00 | $660 |
| $60/mo | $6.00 | $66/mo |
| $40/mo | $4.00 | $44/mo |
Your offerings — create your own, gross-up is automatic
Name it, set the price you want to KEEP, pick one-time or monthly. The client total is computed for you. This applies to recurring offerings too — a monthly digital menu works the same way.
What the client sees — one price, one line
The client invoice carries YOUR business name, not the platform's. No fee line, no percentage, no footnote about the fee — anywhere the customer looks.
CRM — leads, clients, follow-ups
Who you pitched, who said maybe, who paid, who needs a follow-up. Saved on this device in this staging build. Never pitch a business with a functioning website or an owned digital menu.
Training — step by step, fifth-grader level
Plain-English missions. Each one ends with something DONE. Tick a mission only when it is really done — not before. Mission text is written in plain English first; section titles and buttons are in English and Spanish.
Suggested selling prices (guidance, not rules)
Many members won't know what to charge. Start here, then charge more when you're ready. The 10% always adds on top automatically.
| Service | Suggested price | Client sees (with 10%) |
|---|---|---|
| AI receptionist — Answer | $297/mo + $297 setup | $326.70/mo + $326.70 setup |
| AI receptionist — Booked | $497/mo + $297 setup | $546.70/mo + $326.70 setup |
| AI receptionist — Complete | $797/mo + $297 setup | $876.70/mo + $326.70 setup |
| Website design | $600 one-time (floor $500) | $660 (floor $550) |
| Website hosting | $60/mo (floor $50) | $66/mo (floor $55) |
| Digital menu — uptown | $150 one-time | $165 |
| Digital menu — downtown | $250 one-time | $275 |
Floors are guidance from the locked offer: never below $500 per design or $50/mo hosting.
Logos — easy starting points
Rename it, recolor it, swap the shape. Every logo below is a starting point, not a finished brand — the member puts their own business name and colors on it.
AI assistants — chatbot + receptionist, pre-built per industry
Every industry in the template library gets a chatbot AND a receptionist starting point. Swap in the business name only to start — then replace hours, services, and prices with the real ones. Staging configurations only: no live phone numbers, no live calls, nothing contacts a real business. You can also build one from scratch with the blank builder below.
Build one from scratch
From-scratch rule: use only the business's real hours, services, and prices. Never invent a detail, and never promise a diagnosis, legal outcome, or price that is not real.
Chatbot builder — build it, then try it before you sell it
Practice version on this phone only. No live chat, no real customers, nothing leaves this device. Four easy steps.
Step 1 — Pick the kind of business
Step 2 — Make it theirs Swap in the real name, then replace every answer with the business's real info. Never invent a price, hour, or service.
Step 3 — Try it like a visitor would
Practice chat only — nobody real is on the other end. If an answer says you still need to write it, that is your to-do before selling.
Step 4 — Save it on this phone
Receptionist builder — build it, then try a practice call
Practice version on this phone only. No live phone number, no live calls, nothing calls a real business. Four easy steps.
Step 1 — Pick the kind of business
Step 2 — Make it theirs Swap in the real name, then replace every line with the business's real info. Never invent a price, hour, or service. The receptionist never gives medical, legal, or professional advice and never diagnoses anyone.
Step 3 — Try a practice call
Practice call only — nobody real is on the line, nothing is booked, nobody is called. If a step says you still need to write it, that is your to-do before selling.
Step 4 — Save it on this phone
Member cut agreement — plain words
Version 1.0 — read this before you join. Bee Boss Academy costs $69 a month, one plan for everybody. When you sell through this platform — a website, hosting, a receptionist, a chatbot, a logo, a flyer, a menu, or anything you create yourself, including monthly services — a 10% platform fee is added ON TOP of the price you set. It is charged to your customer, not taken from you. If you set $100, you keep $100, your customer pays $110, and the platform keeps $10. That applies to every sale, including monthly amounts, for as long as you sell through the platform. You can cancel anytime; your access runs through the end of the month you already paid for. There is no free trial and there are no refunds on membership. Membership is $69/month — end-client money never runs through the membership checkout. By ticking the box, you agree to this in plain words — no fine-print surprise.
Refunds — two different answers, do not mix them
Membership ($69/mo): no refunds, period. End-client sales: YOU decide your own refund policy for your own clients. If you approve a refund, the client gets their full total back; the platform fee portion returns to the client too, and you are never charged the platform's fee on a refunded sale.
